While what we do is incredibly therapeutic, Peer Support is not traditional psychotherapy.
We are not emergency services, a wrap-around service, or a court-authorized mental health provider and thus do not address physical or mental health emergencies, serious drug or alcohol conditions, court-mandated therapy services, restitution, or situations involving violence, domestic or otherwise.
